Privacy Policy

This policy explains what RainbowCircle.ai ("Rainbow Circle", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal information and we don't use advertising trackers.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and your Google account name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Traveler details you add: names, dates of birth, gender and phone numbers for you and the people you travel with, used to fill in bookings.
• Trips: flights you track, your origin, destination, arrival deadline, number of travelers and bags, and any notes you write.
• Bookings and payments: booking references and the email for your confirmation. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Traveler chat: your nickname, messages, and reports or blocks you make.
• Location, only when you tap "I'm at the airport": we use it once to work out which airport you're at, then discard it. We keep only the airport and the date.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.

How we use it

To run the service: sign you in, track your flights, find and book alternatives, send you emails about your bookings and flights, process payments and refunds, keep the chat safe, answer your messages, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the service, and only what they need:

• Airlines and our booking partner (Duffel), when you search for or book a flight; airlines receive the passenger details needed for the ticket.
• Stripe for payments; Supabase for our database and sign-in; Cloudflare for hosting and security; Resend for email; FlightAware for flight status (we send flight numbers, not your personal details); Google if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Chat messages are deleted after 30 days. Names and contact details used for a booking request are cleared once the result is known; the booking record itself stays in your account. Everything else stays until you delete your account, except records we must keep for legal, tax or payment reasons.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's storage only to keep you signed in and remember settings such as your language. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can view and edit your details in the app. To get a copy of your data or have your account and data deleted, email support@rainbowcircle.ai. If you live in California or another state with privacy laws, you have these rights too, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Age

Rainbow Circle is for adults 18 and over. Children may travel as passengers on a booking an adult makes, but they can't have their own account.
