Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and RainbowCircle.ai ("Rainbow Circle", "we", "us") for using our website and app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What we do

Rainbow Circle helps travelers whose U.S. domestic flight is delayed or canceled. We track the flights you add, show alternative flights that can still get you to your destination by the time you choose, and, where available, help you book a new flight. We also offer a chat where travelers on the same flight or at the same airport can share information. The service is currently in private beta, and features may change.

2. We are not an airline

Flights are operated by airlines. When you book a flight, you buy the ticket from the airline (through our booking partner), the airline's conditions of carriage apply, and the airline is responsible for the flight. Flight status and schedules come from third-party sources and may be late or wrong. Always follow your airline's official notices. We do not guarantee that any option shown will still be available or arrive on time.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rainbow Circle. Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information, especially passenger names, dates of birth and contact details, which airlines rely on. You're responsible for activity on your account.

4. Fees and payment

We charge a service fee per trip recovery ($24.99; $9.99 for your first trip) or an annual membership ($199 per year). Prices are shown before you pay and are processed by Stripe. Airline tickets are paid directly to the airline and are separate from our fees. Fares can change until the airline confirms a booking.

A single-trip fee gives you a trip pass that is valid for 12 months. Membership renews automatically each year until you turn off auto-renew in your account. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Traveler chat

Be respectful. Don't post boarding passes, booking codes, ID documents or other people's personal information. Don't ask for money, sell vouchers, points or miles, or pretend to be an airline or our staff. We may filter, hide or remove messages and suspend accounts that break these rules. Messages are deleted after 30 days. Other travelers' messages are their own views, not ours.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, no booking in someone else's name without their permission, and nothing illegal.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed connections, hotel costs or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will post the new date above; for significant changes we'll let you know by email or in the app. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
