Refund Policy

This policy covers the fees you pay Rainbow Circle. Airline tickets are paid to the airline, and their refunds follow the airline's rules.

Single-trip fee ($24.99, or $9.99 for your first trip)

Paying the single-trip fee gives you a trip pass. It's good for one trip recovery, valid for 12 months, and only used up once an airline confirms your booking.

• Not used yet: keep it for a later trip. You can extend an unused pass for another 12 months from your account at no cost.
• The airline never confirms the booking: if we still can't get a confirmation 48 hours after the booking was marked as not completed, we refund the fee to your original payment method automatically.
• The airline declines the booking (for example, the fare expired or sold out) and no booking is made within 48 hours: the pass goes back to your account for a future trip. A returned pass is valid for 12 months and can't be extended or refunded in cash.
• Charged twice: if you pay while you already have an unused pass, we refund the new payment automatically.
• First-trip price: available once per account. If it's charged a second time, we refund that payment and you can pay the regular price.
• Used: once your booking is confirmed, the fee isn't refundable.

Annual membership ($199 per year)

• Membership renews every year. Turn off auto-renew anytime in your account; you keep membership until the end of the year you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If you end up with two active memberships, we cancel the extra one, and refund it in full if it was paid within the last 14 days.
• Other membership payments aren't refunded after purchase, except where the law requires. If something went wrong, email us and we'll take a look.

Your original airline ticket

If your flight was canceled or significantly changed, U.S. rules may entitle you to a refund from the airline if you don't accept their alternative. We'll show you what applies, but the refund comes from the airline, not from us.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Most appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
